When connecting to the projector either with VGA or HDMI, you must make sure that your computer is set to 1024x768  or 1280x800 for a widescreen image. To do this on a windows PC: OpenSettings> Device> Display > Set Resolution. If you are on a Mac: Open System Preferences> Displays >Select the windows titles PROJECTOR> Click Scaled and set the resolution to one of the ones listed above.
